The Internal Room adds functionality to your Garden House.


The Internal Room can be used as:

  • a bathroom,
  • a wardrobe,
  • a storage room.

    • The Internal Room comes with an assembly kit, that can be installed inside an already completed garden building. It has a sliding door and a ceiling, so it is an entirely closed unit. It also comes with two solid 28 mm walls and a corner support beam for easy installation. Additionally, it has all the necessary fixings included in the flat pack.

    FSC certificate

    Receive a certificate proving that all the materials used in the construction of your Garden House were sourced from forests that have been audited by an independent third party to confirm they are managed according to FSC's standards.

    FSC certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.

    Screw Pile Foundation

    Screw Pile Foundation Detail and Installation

    Installing screw pile foundations takes considerably less time and machinery and usually costs less than installing a standard concrete foundation.

    Depending on the size of the piles, a range of different size of plant can be used for the installation, including hand-held machines.

    In many instances, only one machine is required for a steel, screw pile foundation installation. Screwed piling is installed with a hydraulic torque drive.

    The price for the screws include up to 800mm, if longer screws are needed, then the price will be subject to increase to account for the extra cost of the screws and machinery.

    CONCRETE FOUNDATION

    A concrete foundation supports the load of the entire building.

    Good-quality foundation made of concrete will keep your Garden House safe and secure from outside forces. Additionally, it restricts entry of moisture from the ground.

    Concrete is the best solution for a reliable foundation, because it is very strong, long-lasting, stable and resistant to insect damage.

    Roof covering material

    Our garden buildings and saunas have no roof covering material included as standard. But you can choose a roof covering of your preference and add it to your shopping cart!

    Right now we have two roof covering options available for flat rooves. The extra-strong bitumen roofing felt is a cost-effective and durable solution that helps keep the main construction dry and safe from rotting.

    The EPDM roof is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane that is used as a covering for flat and sloped roof buildings around the world.

    If you choose not to buy a roof covering from us, we strongly advise you to cover the roof with any other material of your preference, because the wooden roof boards by themselves are not enough to keep your garden building safe and keep the warranty valid.

    If you also purchase the "Installation Service" additional product, then our team will install the roof cover for free.

      FAST DELIVERY

      We deliver products that are in stock in 2-4 weeks and custom-made or out-of-stock products between 8 - 10 weeks.

      PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

      Our products are delivered in truck up to 10 meters long and unloaded to a safe and convenient area for a swift installation. The product arrives in a weatherproof flat pack.
