Payment info - what are the financing options for your new garden building?
At Gardenhouse24 we want to make your purchase as easy as possible. This means that in addition to free delivery in mainland UK we provide flexible financing options. While buying from us we’d like you to keep in mind:
We require a 30% deposit to start processing your order
Unfortunately, we can’t start to process your order before you make a down payment of 30% of the total price of the order. You can also pay the whole sum at checkout, or choose to pay a larger deposit, but 30% is the minimum amount required to place an order.
If you are interested in products or features that are not listed on our website, then a deposit of 40% is required.
You can pay the rest of the sum before delivery or upon delivery
You must pay the prices of the products you order during the checkout process or within stated period if you choose offline payment (invoice payment or similar). Payment must be made in full in cleared funds at least 2 working days before delivery or collection if you have arranged collection from us.
We accept credit card and bank payments
It is possible to pay with a bank transaction but also use a credit card both online and over the phone. If you are a client of American Express, please contact us beforehand to discuss possible payment options.
We ensure the safety of all payments
Our debit and credit card payments are processed using an SSL server. It is commonly used for processing both debit and credit card payments due to it’s high safety standards.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
