Warranty – 5- year quality guarantee!
Gardenhouse 24 values quality and craftsmanship. That’s why we are confident in giving our products an anti-rot warranty of up to 5 years (depending on the product) to ensure your enjoyment of the garden building is not hampered by any quality issues. Please see the materials provided with your product to learn the exact warranty period.
We use slow-growing Nordic spruce and pine with CE marking in our timber-building construction. Our manufacturing partners and we ourselves are certified by the FSC, which is a guarantee of our sustainability. Our manufacturing processes have been developed according to the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards in order to minimise errors and keep production efficient.
This is why we are confident that our products will last for ten or more years with adequate care.
Terms and conditions for keeping the warranty valid
We can provide the anti-rot warranty as long as the product has recieved adequate care during and after the installation. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by transportation or assembly
- Damage caused by not following the assembly instructions (carrying out installation on an insufficient or wet foundation, etc)
- Damage caused by inadequate treatment to the wooden details.
For the warranty to remain valid, our products need to be treated regularly with paint or an oil-based preservant (see the maintenance instructions provided with your product for precise instructions).
The instructions for maintaining thermally-treated wood or pre-painted products are included in the construction manual and need to be followed in order to maintain the validity of the anti-rot warranty.
